Welcome, and thank you for visiting my Site.  I am a Seattle Native and was born and raised just South of the City.   I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Western Washington University in Bellingham.  From there, I worked for several Years in sales within the Retail sector.  I have been a full-time Real Estate Broker with Windermere Real Estate since 1994.  I represent both Buyers and Sellers and work in all forms of Residential Real Estate.   In addition, I have specialized in Condominium Sales throughout Seattle for over 30 Years.

My Approach to Real Estate

I provide experienced and attentive representation to both Buyers and Sellers but know the needs of each are unique. For Buyers, my job is to be a resource of experience and Market knowledge they can rely upon, know the available inventory, find the right Homes, and use my negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcome based upon their goals, and Market circumstances.  For Sellers, my goals are a thorough and accurate market price evaluation of their Home, to provide and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, and get as many Buyers and fellow Brokers as possible through the home until sold. Furthermore, my goal is to keep the Seller apprised of all sales and marketing activity that occurs during their time on the market. For all Clients, I strive to be a valued resource they can count on at every step of the way, including after the closing date. I truly approach each new business opportunity as a chance to earn a Client for life and my dedication to service reflects that goal.
